**Overview** We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. This role ensures that debris, dust, and hazardous materials are properly removed to support a safe and efficient work environment. Duties include cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and equipment, as well as assisting with seasonal tasks and minor maintenance reporting. ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply. **Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain construction site facilities, including trailers, restrooms, and common areas - Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures - Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns - Maintain effective communication with site personnel, supervisors, and team members - Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities - Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, and equipment - Move boxes, crates, and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions - Wash and replace blinds as needed - Gather and dispose of construction debris and trash - Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow - Clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas **Qualifications** Required: - Must be 18 years of age or older - No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided - No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required Preferred: - 1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments - Customer service experience REQNUMBER: 152001 ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
