As a Hospitality Champion, you'll be a key representative of Chick-fil-A in Chicago Ridge. We're looking for individuals who embody our core values and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Role Description:


People/Hospitality:

  • Provide "2nd Mile Service," creating personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and team members.
  • Display the Chick-fil-A Core 4: create eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.

Safety/Quality:

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
  • Positively and accurately process orders and handle payments, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain food safety standards.

Stewardship:

  • Manage time and resources effectively during high-volume periods.
  • Contribute to a smooth workflow by fulfilling roles both inside and outside
  • Clearly communicate needs and goals to team members and leaders.

Skill Development:

  • Participate in training programs to enhance your hospitality and service skills.
  • Explore opportunities for career advancement within Chick-fil-A.
