Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness. - Manage invoice generation, tracking, and processing to ensure accurate payment records. - Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and error-free financial records. - Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly. - Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to accounting activities. - Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. - Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. - Maintain confidentiality and security of financial records and information. - Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Familiarity with invoice processing and financial record-keeping. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information responsibly.
