Job Description
**Overview**
BroadPath is currently hiring **Medicare Provider Service Representatives.** The Medicare Provider Service Representative is responsible for taking call and answering questions regarding members eligibility coverages, benefit types, copays, and claims.
**Compensation Highlights**
+ Base pay starting at $16.00 per hour
+ Pay frequency: Weekly pay!
**Schedule Highlights**
+ This is a full-time, steady state role with no pre-determined end date. No weekend work required!
+ Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific Time
+ Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm Pacific Time
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for verifying member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses
+ Estimate member's out of pocket expenses for select procedures or services and explain member copayments
+ Associates are expected to meet established performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
+ Willingness to adhere to customer satisfaction expectations and strive for delivering a positive call experience
+ Ensure compliance with BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
+ At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan Provider and Member Customer Service Representative
+ Minimum 1 year of experience working from home
+ Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills, including:
+ Effective searching and typing information on the computer
+ Navigating multiple windows/screens quickly
+ Inputting information accurately while maintaining pace with the call
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to remain focused and productive even with repetitive tasks
+ Flexible scheduling to support in-season changes based on client needs
