This is a part time job for weekends and holidays from 8am to 3pm; hours can be extended depending on business level. It pays $15 per hour plus tips.

It's a standard host position of greet and seat guests. So you greet guests as they enter the restaurant; seat them in a server's section according to procedure, and maintain an accurate wait list: guest's name, party size, seating preference, wait time, time entered and time sat. As well as keep server guest count. You will also have to take some to-go orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must like people and engaging with them
• Must be able to speak clearly and even project your voice when needed
• Be able to work in a crowd and control them in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift, 6-8 hours
• Must be able to walk at a fast pace throughout the restaurant, including up and down stairs, for an entire shift, 6-8 hours
• Must be able to work with other
• Must be willing to help other staff members and other positions
• Must have or obtain a Utah Food Handler Permit

We are located a beautiful, 15 minute drive (11 miles) from the Salt Lake Valley in the heart of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Brighton, Utah.
