Robert Half is partnering with our client, a leading Fortune 500 financial services organization, in this search for a Brand Marketing Manager to support high-visibility campaigns within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago (3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $50-53/hour
Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager will support the execution and day-to-day management of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on small business initiatives across paid and owned channels. This highly executional role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency teams to bring campaigns to market, while managing workflows, developing creative briefs, coordinating production, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong brand marketing and agency collaboration experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Brand & Campaign Management
+ Support execution of integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned to business and brand objectives
+ Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
+ Partner with internal teams to align on priorities, timelines, and campaign goals
Creative Development & Agency Management
+ Develop and deliver clear, actionable creative briefs to agency partners
+ Manage agency relationships, including feedback, revisions, and final deliverables
+ Oversee production of creative assets across channels including digital, social, video, print, and email
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, social, PR, analytics, project management) to ensure cohesive execution
+ Incorporate consumer insights into campaign development in partnership with research teams
Execution & Project Management
+ Manage multiple campaign workstreams, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
+ Oversee creative and media trafficking to ensure accuracy and timeliness
+ Coordinate campaign launches with internal and external partners
+ Track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure stakeholder alignment
Compliance & Approvals
+ Ensure all campaign materials meet legal, compliance, and risk requirements
+ Manage approval workflows and secure necessary sign-offs prior to launch
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or advertising, preferably within or alongside agencies
+ Strong experience developing creative briefs and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
+ Proven ability to manage agency partners in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
+ Solid understanding of creative development across digital, social, video, and print channels
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and high-volume workflows
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
+ Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
+ Experience in regulated industries is a plus
