Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces and experiences that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate ideas effectively. - Apply UX principles to optimize workflows and improve the overall functionality of digital products. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design approaches. - Analyze user feedback and data to refine and iterate on designs. - Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all projects. - Provide guidance and support to team members on UX best practices. - Work effectively within project timelines to deliver high-quality results. Requirements - Proven experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer or similar role. - Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent. - Excellent understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design strategies. - Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. - Experience in creating and presenting wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts. - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
