Air Dynamics Plumbing, Heating & Air in San Angelo, TX is hiring a full-time Plumbing Installer who's ready to get things DONE.

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: Commission-based pay ranging from $65,000 – $100,000/year
• Work Schedule: You will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to our central location before heading to job sites. There will also be on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend emergency jobs.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

As a Plumbing Installer, you will install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures. You will keep detailed records of your time, the work performed, and the materials used. This role will regularly require you to work in small confined spaces while using your expertise to ensure every job meets company standards. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high-quality service our clients have trusted for decades.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in basic math and measurement conversions
