Fidura & Associates, Incorporated has a full time position available in the Richmond, Hanover and Henrico areas. The Maintenance Technician will provide basic maintenance for five (5) group homes. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• completing basic, structural repairs such as patching drywall, mounting grab bars;
• repairing/replacing door locks
• toilet repairs and unclogging drains
• maintaining light fixtures
• yard work, some painting
• troubleshooting

Maintenance experience and own tools strongly preferred.

Schedule is negotiable!!

• Hours worked must be between Monday & Friday - up to 40 Hours Per Week, No Weekends

Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and acceptable driving record (mileage reimbursed for all job-related travel)
