Job Purpose

JVM Solutions is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support Processing Center in El Paso, TX. This role ensures that Members receive high-quality medical support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining service member history, pertinent family history, and performing health risk appraisals.
• Prepare service members for physical examinations and assist with procedures as directed by Physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
• Administer and document care provided, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Perform quality control checks and routine maintenance on medical equipment.
• Recognize and initiate appropriate emergency measures, including life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with Physicians, PAs, and NPs regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure clinic productivity standards are met, with an expected patient load of 4 to 6 per hour or as determined by leadership.
• Accurately complete and close patient encounters in the medical records system at the end of each day.
• Comply with all government and professional clinical standards, including licensure, credentialing, and quality assurance requirements.
• Participate in training and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program, approved by the appropriate state agency and accredited by CNEA, CCNE, or another recognized accrediting body.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as an LVN/LPN within the last 3 years.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, maintained in a current status.

Other Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
