Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community. **Available Shifts:** + Shift A: 6:45 AM-7:15 PM (SUN-TUE + every other WED) - DAY + Shift B: 6:45 PM-7:15 AM (SUN-TUE + every other SAT) - NIGHT* + Shift C: 6:45 AM-7:15 PM (THU-SAT + every other WED) - DAY + Shift D: 6:45 PM-7:15 AM (WED-FRI + every other SAT) - NIGHT* *Training on Dayshift is required. _Shift assignment discussed with recruiter if selected. You'll be:** + Receiving, unloading, and staging inbound shipments, including palletized freight and wooden crates + Uncrating and providing basic rigging support for large or crated materials + Inspecting incoming materials for damage and verifying them against packing slips and purchase orders + Isolating and documenting damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materials + Performing Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in ERP systems using handheld devices and system tools + Staging materials for inventory control or delivering directly to end users + Packaging outbound materials and securing shipments on pallets + Creating shipping documentation, processing outbound transactions, and conducting final shipment inspections + Supporting limited hazardous material handling in compliance with company and regulatory requirements **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have a **High School Diploma or GED** (required) + Bring prior Shipping/Receiving experience (2+ years preferred) + Have prior forklift operation experience (preferred) + Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to safety + Are able to read, write, and communicate effectively + Have exposure to SAP, WorldShip software, or similar programs (a plus) + Are physically able to routinely **lift up to 45 lbs** and work **overtime** as required + Can comply with PPE: Requires **hard hat, steel toes/composite shoes, and safety vest** + Can adapt to a flexible schedule for training during the first 6 to 8 months As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
