Job Description
+ Calculate global Sales Incentive Plans and respective payouts.
+ Implement and maintain global sales related reports, tools and systems to measure sales teams' sales performance.
+ Work with Manager Global Sales Metrics and Incentive on regular or ad-hoc reporting activities.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams including such as commercial operations, sales coverage, quota, analytic, sales, finance, IT and business management to resolve sales incentive related requests, issues, questions.
+ Help salespersons in understanding SIP calculations, review, approval and payment process.
+ Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
+ Perform other duties as directed.
+ High school diploma or equivalent in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related fields
+ 4+ years of direct related work experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and sales performance data.
+ Demonstrated ability to extract, merge, manipulate and analyze data from various sources and create effective reports and dashboards.
+ Prepared to work in fast-paced environment, quick learner absorbing knowledge quickly.
+ Flexibility to work with stakeholders in different time zones.
+ Advanced Excel
+ Fluency in English
What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000. to $100,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
