**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Be part of the change and transformation happening at Loyola Medicine - Radiology department!** **Hours:** + Full-Time; Day Shift + Monday - Friday; occasional weekends + Location: Maywood, IL & Satellites locations **About the Role** **In this role, the Assistant Manager, MRI provides operational and technical leadership for inpatient and/or outpatient MRI services within the Department of Radiology.** This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality imaging services through effective management of daily operations, staffing, and workflow optimization. The Assistant Manager oversees technical excellence across MRI services, ensures staff competency and regulatory compliance, and actively supports scheduling efficiency and appropriate staffing levels. This role is responsible for the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of MRI technologists and student technologists, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
