Job Description
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Consultant to join the Wells Fargo Employee Engagement & Service Delivery team. This position will help drive the evolution of our delivery model, processes and technology in our employee service delivery. **In this role, you will:** + Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process automation across one or more HR service delivery area; products and processes may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance + Participate in planning and analysis, quality, and process improvement initiatives to drive the evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled applications aligned to employee-facing service delivery + Review, analyze, and consult on basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that focus on building intelligent, efficient, and user-centric tools to accelerate the work of users in HR Platform Technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow and/or other specialized processes/tools within HR functional areas to assess challenges and improve operational and process efficiency + Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise to play a key part in evolving the service delivery model to provide both vertical (product specific) and horizontal (cross product/platform) support. Your work will directly align with Wells Fargo's mission to innovate and enhance the employee experience using advanced technology. + Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal or external customers + Provide guidance to less experienced team members on HR products and processes and how it impacts service delivery outcomes **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Human Resources operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with HR process design and product management + Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module + Experience with Workday HCM + Experience with Service Delivery operations + Process design experience + Change management experience + Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills + Strong collaboration and partnering skills + Ability to interact with all levels of an organization + Intelligent Automation experience + Solid critical thinking skills + Operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, workflows + Understanding of HR or similar tools and technology to support, drive and leverage emerging technology trends. + Experience completing industry research and using the information to develop and recommend approach for WF businesses **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted in Charlotte, NC; and Mpls, MN + \#HRJOBS **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
