Job Description
**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler- 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm- Weekly Pay!** **Job Description** Join a company at the forefront of developing innovative and life-saving medical products. As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will perform assembly work that involves fitting, aligning, and adjusting parts in a cleanroom environment. Your tasks will include preparing small balloon catheters and supporting systems through simple and routine processes such as checking documentation, setting up machines, loading components, conducting quick visual inspections, and unloading machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly work for small balloon catheters and supporting systems. + Check documentation and set up machines for the assembly process. + Load 1-2 components into the machine and conduct visual inspections. + Unload the machine and ensure the quality of assembled parts. + Utilize a microscope for 40% of work and perform tasks off the microscope for 60%. + Maintain good dexterity for handling small parts and tools. **Essential Skills** + 1-2+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing role. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Proficient in reading measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers. + Good hand dexterity for handling and assembling very small parts. + Interest and ability to learn or utilize a microscope. + Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in assembly or quality assurance. + Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment. + Experience using a microscope. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term career growth. The work involves equal parts sitting and standing. Attire includes pants, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes. Inside the cleanroom, you will wear a gown, smock, booties, and a hairnet. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
