Job Title: Project Manager Schedule: On-call, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekends as needed based on project requirements Pay Details: $25 to $30 per hour Bonus: Based on individual and company performance Travel: As needed

Job Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for managing restoration and specialized cleaning projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing project progress, managing team resources, ensuring client satisfaction, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to successfully execute projects in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee restoration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and support the team, providing training and motivation.
• Ensure the right resources, equipment, and manpower are available for each project.
• Monitor work quality and site safety, making sure everything complies with standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets and work with the estimating team to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Address issues quickly and find solutions to keep the project on track.
• Keep daily progress updates and necessary documentation organized.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and manage inventory.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve conflicts and performance issues professionally to keep the team on track.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the restoration or construction industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Albi, Trello).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
