Description Robert Half is partnering with a Marketing Company looking for a corporate paralegal to help with an backlog and increase in workload in Portland, Oregon. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can work accurately in a fast-moving environment while organizing agreement data and maintaining reliable records. The role focuses on reviewing commercial contracts, extracting key terms, preparing template-based documents, and coordinating signature workflows. This opportunity offers a collaborative setting with a hybrid schedule and exposure to industries such as digital marketing, advertising, retail, and healthcare. Responsibilities: + Review master service agreements, statements of work, and related commercial documents to identify essential legal and business terms. + Enter, organize, and maintain contract details in Airtable to support an accurate and current agreement repository. + Interpret contractual language and summarize provisions so records remain clear, searchable, and useful to internal teams. + Prepare contracts from approved templates and manage routing through the signature process to completion. + Help maintain legal documentation workflows in a high-energy environment with consistent follow-through and organization Requirements + At least 2 years of experience in a corporate paralegal or closely related contracts-focused legal support role.
