Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Assembler Technician to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate must have thorough understanding of all Wafer Fabrication Assembly operations. The Assembler Technician must have the ability to set up all processes as well as perform each operation.

Required Duties and Accountabilities:

• Sand Blast Dicing
• Pinbond / Leadbond
• Diode Precap Activities
• Diode Passivation
• Diode Visual Mechanical Inspection
• Fill out MPP's
• Be able to read and understand figure drawings and assembly instructions

Additional Duties and Accountabilities (will be trained):

• Diffusion Boat Load
• Diffusion Run
• Metal Evaporation
• Metal Thickness Measurement
• Metal Sinter
• Wafer Stacking
• Wafer Mount for Saw Cut and Dismount
• Rs Measurement
• Wafer Saw Dicing Including Programming Cut and Changing Blades and Flanges
• Diode Test

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic math skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS Office experience is a plus!
• Minimum of 6-months experience in a relevant production position is a plus!

Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday / 6:30am - 3:00pm

Salary: $17.00 per hour / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit)
