**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will be an integral part of our production line, working within your own dedicated work cell. You will be responsible for pouring lubrication liquid into bottles, capping glass bottles, sealing bottles, labeling, inspecting, and packing merchandise. Your role will involve wearing multiple hats and rotating through different stations to ensure the careful handling of glass bottles that are FDA regulated. You will also be tasked with packaging, labeling, stacking boxes near the shipping area, and documenting any quality issues or shipment delays as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate within a production line and dedicated work cell. + Pour lubrication liquid into bottles, cap, seal, label, inspect, and pack glass bottles. + Rotate through various stations and ensure careful handling of glass bottles, adhering to FDA regulations. + Box, wrap, and pack merchandise carefully. + Package, label, and stack boxes near the shipping area. + Document quality issues or shipment delays as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of manufacturing experience in production line work, packing, or button pushing. + Comfortable with repetitive tasks. + Ability to lift 20 lbs sporadically throughout the day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of GMP medical or foods experience. + Quality inspection and documentation experience. + Forklift experience to assist the shipping team in loading trucks. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a family-owned manufacturer with a great culture and enjoy benefits after 90 business days including medical, dental, and vision insurance through BlueCross PPO, a 401k plan with 4% automatic contribution, profit sharing of 7-10% annually, and perfect attendance bonuses.
