For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Overview** We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Data Center Operational Governance and Audit Management team. In this dynamic role, you'll support Audit, Change, and Incident Management functions within Brightstar's largest and most rapidly evolving data center. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met, processes are optimized, and compliance is maintained. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently under tight deadlines. **Responsibilities** + Analyze customer requests and translate them into actionable insights aligned with business goals. + Coordinate and track audit, change, and incident management activities, ensuring timely execution and resolution. + Support domestic audit processes (SOC, SOX, MUSL), internal audits, and information security initiatives. + Partner with Change Management to oversee jurisdictional and Sports Betting-related changes. + Monitor incident reports daily, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of tickets. + Identify incident trends and recommend escalation to problem management when needed. + Deliver clear, data-driven reports for weekly and monthly operational reviews. + Work onsite at least 50% of the time (subject to change based on business needs). **Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Teams. + Experience using JIRA for project tracking and change management. + Familiarity with ISO20001, SOC, SOX, and MUSL standards. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. + Confident meeting facilitator with experience creating agendas and leading discussions. + Comfortable communicating with customer leadership and supporting critical activities outside standard business hours. **Preferred qualifications:** + ISO 20000 Internal Auditor Certification or willingness to complete certification training. + ITIL Certification or willingness to complete certification training. + Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field. + Experience in the lottery gaming industry. + Active certifications such as PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, or PMP. **Keys to Success** - Building collaborative relationships - Decision making - Drive results - Foster innovation - Personal energy - Self-leadership \#LI-RQ At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
