Job Posting: Marketing Coordinator We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This position plays a key role in supporting our brand presence across multiple properties, ensuring all marketing content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our goals. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Accuracy: Ensure all property information and event details are accurate, timely, and consistent across all digital platforms. Content Management: Collaborate with internal teams to gather, organize, and upload content, including event listings, images, and videos. Event Promotion: Submit and manage monthly event listings for Nashville Palace and Scoreboard, ensuring brand consistency. Hotel Partnerships: Distribute promotional materials to partner hotels weekly to drive visibility and attendance. Social Media Execution: Develop and post engaging content across social media channels based on the content calendar, enhancing brand visibility and interaction. Asset Organization: Efficiently manage digital assets, including photos, event details, and promotional materials in Dropbox, ensuring clear labeling and accessibility. Promotional Displays: Regularly ensure promotional TVs at properties are updated with the latest content and specials. Community Engagement: Coordinate and manage newsletters and updates for local marinas and slip owners, enhancing property awareness and community involvement. Google Listings Management: Keep property Google listings current, reflecting seasonal hours, menus, and special events. Chamber of Commerce Support: Assist with newsletters, event marketing opportunities, and promotional partnerships through the Chamber of Commerce. Additional Tasks: Deliver signage, flyers, and other marketing collateral to properties to ensure all locations are well-supplied with promotional materials. Qualifications: Experience in content management, social media, and event coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital tools such as Hootsuite and Dropbox is a plus.
