The Society of the Transfiguration is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Full-Time Culinary Team Member to join our caring and close-knit community. Summary
The Culinary Team Member supports the mission of the Society of the Transfiguration by preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals in a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role is vital in ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests, residents, and staff. Team members must be dependable, flexible, and capable of working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and flexible scheduling is required.
Reporting Structure
The Culinary Team Member reports directly to the Culinary Operations Manager and works in close coordination with other kitchen and dining staff.
