CWS is a leading provider of waste management services throughout South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep to manage the area and offer a Competitive Base Salary + Monthly Car/Cell Phone Allowance + Monthly Commissions. Our Outside Sales Reps can earn $65k per year and up.

The Ideal Outside Sales Rep candidate is:

• Someone who enjoys the daily sales grind and understands that opportunity is around every corner or with every business decision maker you meet

• You're someone motivated by establishing long lasting relationships with customers and exceeding goals. Our commissions are uncapped, so your ability to exceed not only company goals, but your own financial goals are limitless!

Outside Sales Representative DAILY ACTIVITIES are:

• Researching and prospecting new customers
• Cold calling to influence potential commercial customers to choose CWS for their waste/recycling solution business partner
• Using consultative selling to identify needs and solutions
• Presenting a comprehensive customer solution
• Negotiating and closing the deal
• Conducting post-sale administrative work to ensure customer onboarding is successful and seamless
• Prospecting, cold calling, selling, and closing new business deals is approximately 90-95% of your daily activities. Approximately, 5-10% of your daily activities involve managing our current customer base. This includes, service changes, inquiries, ownership changes, location closures, etc.
• May require travel to area businesses, multiple sites including transfer stations and/or landfills

Outside Sales Representative MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience.

An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred

Years of Experience: The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferred.
