**Job Title: Receiving Clerk**
Job Description
Join our team as a Receiving Clerk where you will play a vital role at the receiving dock. You will be responsible for tracking and labeling incoming inventory, interacting with drivers, and ensuring all products are accurately tagged and documented using various computer systems.
Responsibilities
+ Track and label incoming inventory using computer systems.
+ Interact with drivers to provide excellent customer service during unloading.
+ Check, tag, and scan inventory using QR codes and barcode numbers.
+ Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and data entry into various systems.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP, and order tracking systems for efficient operations.
+ Complete required paperwork for parts tracking.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience in data entry and inventory tracking.
+ Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in receiving or inventory roles.
+ Experience with Our Client system is a plus.
+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and walk up to 4+ miles.

Work Environment
Work on-site with 2nd shift hours from 3pm-11pm or 3rd shift hours from 11pm-7am, with potential for 10-hour shifts and weekend work. Enjoy a 10-minute break every 2 hours and a 20-minute paid lunch. Training lasts 2-3 weeks during the day shift, after which you'll receive your own computer. Safety gear, including steel-toed shoes, is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
