You'll work hands‑on with precision tools-including CMM-and collaborate closely with Operations to deliver products that perform flawlessly in the field. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow your career in a high‑performance environment, this role is for you. **What You'll Do** + Partner with Operations to ensure every part meets internal, customer, and industry quality standards. + Inspect aerospace and automotive machined components for dimensional accuracy and compliance. + Operate CMM equipment and other advanced measurement tools to support customer‑driven requirements. + Use calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments to perform detailed inspections. + Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation with confidence. + Support First Article Inspection (FAI) processes, documentation, and reporting. + Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with additional quality‑related tasks as needed. **What You Bring** + At least **3 years of experience** in a manufacturing quality or inspection role. + Strong proficiency with **Excel** and database tools. + Clear, professional communication skills-written and verbal. + Solid understanding of manufacturing quality standards and inspection practices. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering specifications. + Experience using analytical tools such as spreadsheets and database systems. **Physical & Additional Requirements** + Ability to move throughout the facility, including stairs. + Capability to lift up to **40 lbs** . + Strong visual acuity for reviewing engineering and customer specifications. + Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in person and by phone. **Why You'll Love Working Here** + **Full benefits** available after a short contract period. + **Competitive 401(k)** with a 50% company match up to 3%. + Real opportunities for **career growth** , skill development, and internal promotion. + A stable, supportive environment where quality and craftsmanship are valued. **Your Work Environment** + Clean, **climate‑controlled** facility for year‑round comfort. + **Day Shift:** Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak demand). + **Evening Shift:** 4:30 PM-1:00 AM with a **$2/hr shift differential** . **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
