**Job Title: Concrete Foreman** **Pay Rate:** $28-$40 per hour **Location:** Pueblo, CO **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish, including structural and vertical concrete work such as walls, bridges, and box culverts. **Required Skills (Needs)** + Proven experience as a concrete carpenter on commercial/structural concrete projects + 1+ year of verifiable Foreman or Supervisor experience + Ability to lead and manage crews of 10+ workers + Strong knowledge of structural and vertical concrete pours (walls, bridges, box culverts) + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications + Experience managing projects from start to finish + Knowledge of concrete forms, layout, pours, and finishing + Commitment to job site safety, quality, and productivity **Preferred Skills (Wants)** + Civil construction experience + Flatwork and finishing expertise + Experience estimating and ordering materials + Strong communication and crew training skills + Equipment and machinery maintenance experience **Why Work Here?** + Family-owned company with 40+ years in business + Excellent employee retention (many 30+ year employees) + Possible company vehicle provided for the right candidate + Eligible benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
