Description A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities. This role will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financials, strong internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations + Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances + Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting + Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests + Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies + Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data + Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within accounting operations Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience + Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting + Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) + Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and reconcile complex data + Prior audit support experience preferred + CPA or CPA‑track a plus (not required) Apply online today!
