Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and inventory management sector, is seeking a 2026 Pipeline-iInventory Associate Level 2 to join their team. As a 2026 Pipeline-iInventory Associate Level 2, you will be part of the Inventory Control Department supporting the logistics and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Ensure accurate receipt of all purchase orders into the inventory system.
+ Manage transfer orders and upload related paperwork for stakeholder access.
+ Enter buyback orders using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and web portals.
+ Validate buyback information and documentation to prevent discrepancies.
+ Coordinate with distribution teams for dispatching empty cylinders and support ad hoc reporting for sustainability initiatives.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, or related supply chain roles.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent reasoning abilities.
+ Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
