**Immediate Hiring For Journeyman Electrician 01/02 in Richland!!** **Pay-45$/h** **Location- Richland, WA** **Start- ASAP!!** **** **Job Description** This role offers the opportunity to work with a commercial and residential electrical contractor on a wide range of projects, including new construction and remodels for retail businesses and multi-family apartment complexes, as well as residential properties and generator installations and service. You will perform hands-on electrical work such as bending conduit, wiring panels, troubleshooting systems, and supporting apprentices while ensuring safe, high-quality installations across diverse job sites. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial, residential, and multi-family (apartment) projects. + Bend and install conduit accurately to support wiring layouts and meet project specifications. + Wire electrical panels and related components in accordance with electrical codes and project requirements. + Perform electrical work on new construction and remodels for retail businesses, including restaurants and coffee shops. + Complete electrical installations and service work for residential properties. + Install and service generators, including associated wiring and connections. + Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to guide installations and troubleshooting. + Pull and route cable and wire through conduit, walls, and other structures safely and efficiently. + Troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial and residential environments and perform effective repairs. + Handle commercial construction, residential construction, and service calls as assigned. + Work on mechanical and industrial-related electrical tasks when required by the project scope. + Collaborate with and support apprentices by providing guidance, direction, and assistance on job sites. + Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on all job sites. **Essential Skills** + Current WA EL-01 or EL-02 electrical license. + Demonstrated commercial electrical experience. + Strong proficiency in conduit bending and installation. + Hands-on experience wiring electrical panels and related equipment. + Ability to perform electrical work in new construction and remodel settings for commercial and residential projects. + Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving issues efficiently. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. + Experience with pulling wire and installing cable in various environments. + Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices. + Capability to handle service calls and field-based electrical work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working on multi-family (apartment) electrical projects. + Background in generator installation and service. + Exposure to mechanical and industrial electrical tasks. + Ability to work effectively with apprentices and contribute to on-the-job training. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. + Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and other trades. **Why Work Here?** You will join a company that offers strong long-term value through comprehensive benefits, including excellent medical coverage, full benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
