Performs other duties as assigned. Manages and leads teams to focus on key goals, prioritize work, and deliver results on time and with high quality. Develops and maintains positive customer relationships by frequently interacting with leadership and facilitating discussions. Acquires expert knowledge of business processes through needs gathering, triage, research, and diagnosis. Identifies key measures of business flow, establishes goals or benchmarks, and performs root cause analyses to address barriers. Identifies, acquires, aggregates, cleanses, organizes, and manages large complex datasets from multiple sources. Quantifies financial impacts and applies independent source validation and financial audit procedures to certify data accuracy. Prioritizes analysis work, interprets results objectively, and provides meaningful data-driven insights and improvement recommendations. Designs, develops, and maintains reports, scorecards, and dashboards that effectively communicate data and highlight anomalies. Prepares effective presentations and articulately communicates findings and results to stakeholders. Monitors and audits results, collaborates with other analytic staff, and provides recommendations on best practices to improve reporting. Documents work processes, produces training materials, and mentors team members to support their development. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Root Cause Analysis: Understanding of root cause analysis methodology such as Lean/Six Sigma. [Required] - Query Tools: Intermediate knowledge of data querying techniques (i.e., Structured Query Language, Power Query, Power Pivot). [Required] - MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio. Able to read and comprehend technical manuals and instructions. [Required] - Excel: Expert knowledge of Excel creating spreadsheets using macros and formulas.
