Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This position supports daily warehouse operations to ensure materials and products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for fabrication and installation teams.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage of metal materials, fabricated parts, and finished products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and handle materials.
• Assist with machine operation or other general tasks as needed to support production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team goals.

Qualifications:

• Prepare pallets for shipments, including measuring and recording pallet dimensions (length x width x height) and ensuring proper palletizing and wrapping for stability.
• Spend prolonged periods in the warehouse office to manage equipment inventory, conduct regular counts, and keep the area organized and clean.
• 1-3 years of general warehouse experience is preferred, especially with tasks such as inventory control or machine operation.
• For metal manufacturing,1 year of prior warehouse or metal materials handling experience is highly beneficial to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
