**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You'll Do:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
-Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival. Issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols.
- Record, log, and track service requests, providing administrative support to management as needed.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations, including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, and more.
- Support EVWZ and Event Tickets within the RSVP system
- Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Address inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors, providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Resolve moderately complex problems, identifying appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- Support the Concierge team by applying knowledge of practices and procedures, assisting in building consensus and ensuring team objectives are met.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives, leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
**What You'll Need:**
**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future**
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function and basic knowledge of related job functions.
- Ability to explain moderately complex concepts or sensitive information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The **minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Senior Concierge position is $75,000 annually** and the **maximum salary for the** **Workplace Experience Senior Concierge** **position is $82,500 annually** . Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. **The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.**
