Tech Package Solutions, Solution Consultant + Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise software packages, ensuring effective technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. + Administer and develop ServiceNow Platforms: Manage, configure, and customize the ServiceNow environment to support multiple modules, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management processes. + This role combines deep application knowledge with proven delivery approaches to drive successful project implementations and long-term solution stability. Current enrollment in a full-time m aster's program preferred, with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study: + Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering + Strong academic track record ( 3.0 cumulative GPA required ) + 1+ year of relevant full- time work experience + Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to Lake Mary, FL, with the ability to commute to the assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodation. + Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
