**Mig Welder** **Location:** Dickinson, TX 77539 **Employment Type:** Direct Hire **Pay Rate:** $20.00 - $25.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime required based on seasonal demand and turnarounds) **Job Overview** We are seeking a hardworking and adaptable **Mig** **Welder** to join the team . This is a dynamic role where you will primarily focus on welding projects while remaining flexible enough to assist with other critical warehouse and production tasks. **Key Responsibilities** + **Welding (80%):** Perform high-quality welding tasks as assigned to support production and fabrication needs. + **Operational Support (20%):** Assist with painting, order picking, staging, and other general tasks as required to ensure smooth operations. + Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all company safety protocols. **Requirements & Qualifications** + **Adaptability:** Must be willing to pivot between welding and general labor tasks (painting, picking/staging) based on daily needs. + **Flexibility:** Ability to work overtime during peak seasons and turnarounds. + **Tools & Equipment:** During the initial 2-month probationary period, you must provide your own: + Safety toe footwear + Safety glasses and gloves + Welding shirts and work gear _(The company provides the tools and welding machine.)_ As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
