In Home Sales Comfort Advisor

Hagler Heating and Cooling, Ozark, AL. We are a professional HVAC contractor and a leader in HVAC service since 2000. We provide heating, cooling, furnace and air condition installation, repair and maintenance to residents of Ozark and the surround area.

We are currently looking for an In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor to join our team! The sales professional will schedule and meet with clients in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. Industry experience is highly preferred, but not required. If you enjoy working with people, providing them with products and services which you can stand behind, then this may be the opportunity for you. Work hours will include some evenings and weekends.

Job Title: In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Comfort Consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Evenings and Weekends availability required.

Primary Job Function: To meet with customers in their homes and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs. Building long-term successful client relationships.

Pay: Base plus commission

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Sales experience in retail, HVAC, home improvement of similar industry Desired
• New customer development / prospecting
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to use company-furnished technology products
• Professional appearance
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently
