**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator**
**Location:** Onsite - Longmont, CO
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Role Summary**
The Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of company's field operations by coordinating technician scheduling, managing triage workflows, and overseeing parts, vehicle, and asset logistics. This role brings structure, prioritization, and visibility to active field work and serves as a key link between Field Operations, Customer Support, and internal teams. This is a fully on-site position at our Longmont headquarters.
**What You'll Do**
+ Own and manage the daily triage queue for field-related issues
+ Coordinate Field Technician schedules based on priority, location, and availability
+ Track work orders from intake through completion, ensuring proper documentation
+ Coordinate parts, vehicle, and asset logistics to support ongoing field operations
+ Partner closely with Customer Support and Field Operations teams on escalations and handoffs
+ Maintain basic operational reporting, including backlog, response times, and field throughput
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, field operations, service scheduling, or a related role
+ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
+ Proficiency with common workflow, scheduling, and collaboration tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience supporting hardware, robotics, or service-based organizations
+ Familiarity with fleet logistics, asset tracking, or spare parts management
+ Experience using JIRA, ticketing systems, or operational dashboards (Tableau, Grafana, Power BI)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
