What You'll Work On:

• Residential rough-in and trim-out, including installation of boxes, wiring, devices, switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• Commercial conduit installation (EMT, rigid), cable pulling, and terminations
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and panel schedules
• Installing and troubleshooting service panels, switchgear, breakers, transformers, and lighting systems
• Working with low voltage, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and motor control circuits
• Ensuring compliance with NEC codes, safety protocols, and OSHA 10/30 requirements
• Leading teams (Leadman and Foreman roles) and coordinating with superintendents and project managers

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience in residential electrical work, including rough-in, trim, and final inspections
• Prior roles as an electrician, journeyman, leadman, or foreman preferred
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, load calculations, panel installation, and breaker replacement is a plus
