As a Call Center Specialist your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:
- Assist applicants by scheduling and coordinating appointments with accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
- Download and organize medical records as PDFs, ensuring they are renamed and stored according to contract guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe, and customer service software to perform daily tasks effectively.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
The ideal Call Center Specialist will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
- Comfortable working in a desk-based, computer-intensive environment for prolonged periods.
- Experienced in handling shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and customer service software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
