You set the strategic agenda, influence creative excellence, and serve as a senior voice in both client and agency leadership. The work: Strategic Leadership Across Portfolios + Develop brand, business, and creative strategies that influence high-level outcomes + Guide teams through complex strategic challenges-from positioning to experience ecosystems and media strategy + Push beyond campaign thinking to shape long-term brand architectures and innovation platforms + Ensure strategic integration across channels, markets, and disciplines Creative Partnership & Idea Development + Champion bold, idea-first thinking across internal and external teams + Collaborate deeply with executive creative leadership to shape world-class work + Maintain quality control of strategic thinking across all deliverables + Inspire teams to pursue originality, relevance, and cultural resonance in every brief Client Growth & Relationship Stewardship + Lead senior-level client engagements with confidence, clarity, and business fluency + Understand the personal and organizational dynamics of client partners to build trust and unlock value + Identify and act on opportunities to grow client relationships and expand agency influence + Represent strategy in key client forums, including proactive pitches, planning sessions, and executive meetings Team Leadership & Development + Manage and mentor a team of strategists across levels and capabilities + Elevate the strategic culture within the agency, championing craft and curiosity + Build bridges across disciplines-ensuring strategy is a true partner to creative, design, media, and production + Create space for junior talent to lead, contribute, and grow Here's what you'll need: + 10+ years in strategic leadership within advertising, brand consultancy, or digital innovation including: + Track record of shaping high-impact, award-winning work in advertising + Mastery of brand, communications, and experience strategy + Skilled in building and leading teams, as well as managing senior client relationships + Strategic thinker with strong cultural intuition, business acumen, and creative empathy + B2B experience + A strong point of view about culture Bonus points if: + Demonstrated mastery and proven track record of delivering creatively inspiring, business-driving briefs + Proven strategic leader with examples of exceptional creative output + Experience leading teams + Experience as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives + Demonstrated expertise of managing complex brand portfolios + Demonstrated mastery of managing communication plans that support all verticals of the business and their respective unique needs + Exceptional awareness of culture and influences + Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills #LI-NA-FY25 Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
