**Kelly Services is seeking an Admin Assistant for a local Research Institute located in Doral, FL 33172**
Pay- $21/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join our team. This role provides essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all administrative activities.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ **Office Support:** Answer and direct phone calls, handle general inquiries, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
+ **Calendar & Travel Management:** Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, coordinate staff calendars, and arrange travel itineraries.
+ **Documentation:** Draft emails, prepare reports, edit documents, create presentations, and organize both physical and electronic filing systems.
+ **Logistics & Inventory:** Order office supplies, maintain inventory tracking, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
+ **Basic Bookkeeping:** Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and basic vendor management.
**Key Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role (2-5 years preferred).
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
**Typical Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Previous experience in office management or a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
