If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Ormco as a **Paid Media Specialist** focused on the North American market. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and flawless execution of our paid digital marketing initiatives across SEM, paid social media, and display advertising. You will collaborate closely with our media agency, providing guidance on daily and weekly optimizations to ensure we are consistently exceeding our key performance indicators. The role will be based at our HQ in Brea (3 days in the office) **Responsibilities:** + Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies aligned with North American business objectives. + Independently plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, paid social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display advertising networks. + Collaborate closely with our media agency, providing clear direction and actively participating in daily and weekly optimization efforts based on performance data. + Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. + Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. + Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, proactively identifying and testing new strategies and technologies. + Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact. + Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns. + Contribute to the development and execution of A/B tests to continuously improve ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies. + Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all paid media initiatives. **Job Requirements:** **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field + Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a significant focus on the North American market. + Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns across SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), paid social media (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), display advertising, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot) + Demonstrated experience working effectively with media agencies, providing clear direction and collaborating on optimization strategies. + Strong experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making. + Experience with campaign management and reporting tools. + Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools. + Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign performance. \#LI-RJ1 IND123 \#LI-hybrid **Target Market Salary Range:** Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
