**Responsibilities**
Provides direction to professional and supervisory staff in Supply Chain Operations Clinical Support Services. Responsible for overall management and performance of the operations, direct customer relations, information technology input, quality, and security. Accountable for achieving Mayo Clinic objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals. Leads cross functional teams and provides consultative support on complex supply chain issues across Mayo Clinic. Manages high level analytical and technical information to plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles. Creates and maintains an efficient, cost-effective program, including but not limited to the operations of perpetual inventories involving receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies. Develops strategies to enhance the Supply Chain and minimize cost while avoiding shortages. Responsible for overall management of Revenue capture, supplies case cost analysis, and other related services. Supports product standardization initiatives and Mayo Clinic objectives to reduce costs, to achieve operational efficiency, and to ensure clinical availability of supplies.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or Supply Chain related field with minimum eight (8) years' of progressively responsible clinical or supply chain experience, which includes three (3) years' lead, project lead, or supervisory experience. Master Business Administration preferred. Computer competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) required. Thorough knowledge of both clinical nursing and business applications that affect the supply and revenue chain. Ability to develop detailed analysis and quality monitors and apply quantitative management techniques; perform data, financial, and statistical analysis; and use computer-based tools. Ability to consult, design/conduct studies, develop and implement solutions (problems involve analytical and creative elements), and effectively communicate recommendations for issues with significant financial and operational impact to the organization. Relevant professional certification preferred (CMRP, LEAN Six Sigma, APICS)
