Job Description
staff in various project requirements, researching and applying zoning and building codes, preparing design drawings and specifications, and coordinating with engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in technical discussions with project teams.
+ Submit documents for permitting and respond to review comments.
+ Assist with construction observations to ensure compliance.
+ Integrate tenant-interior and core-shell documents.
+ Develop and expand the architectural market in Baltimore in Mission Critical, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Back-up Generation clients.
+ Oversee fiscal responsibility, contract management, project delivery/design, and business development.
Essential Skills
+ Strong skills in BIM and AutoCAD.
+ Experience in producing construction documents for structural steel, tilt-wall concrete, insulated metal panel, and commercial masonry buildings.
+ Experience in industrial warehouse and distribution projects, especially with IMP walls, freezer/cooler facilities, or cross-dock buildings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Professional degree in architecture.
+ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Work Environment
Client base in Baltimore, focusing on Mission Critical, Higher Education, Healthcare/Hospital, and Federal Government sectors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
