Position Details

• Deliver packages with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
• Operate company-provided delivery vans, following all safety and driving guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and managers throughout the day.
• Represent Elite OnPoint with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Drivers: $20.75/hour + weekly safety & performance incentives
• Driver Helpers: $18.00/hour + incentives
• Paid weekly
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks annually (full-time)

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
• Helpers must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and complete up to 180 delivery stops per day
• Must pass a background check and drug test
