**Job Title: Concrete Finisher** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. This role involves general labor work, including site preparation, rebar installation, minimal form setting, and concrete pouring. The position requires expertise in using tools such as bull floats and power concrete screeds to ensure a smooth and polished finish. **Responsibilities** + Perform all duties related to pouring concrete, setting up forms, and finishing surfaces. + Conduct site preparation and rebar installation. + Utilize a bull float and power concrete screed effectively. + Ensure the quality and smoothness of flat concrete surfaces. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in flat concrete finishing. + Proficiency in concrete pouring, setting up forms, and finishing. + General labor experience in a commercial concrete construction setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Carpentry skills are beneficial. + Experience in general construction. + A stable work history and career-minded attitude. + Foreman experience is not required but is considered an asset. + Comfortable with daily travel to and from job sites. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from premium pay for travelers, with the potential for long-term employment. The current project involves a substantial 100,000 square feet flat site pour. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
