**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Pay: $20.00-$22.00**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on all mechanical production equipment.
+ Support the operation and upkeep of systems and equipment within the Fill/Finish facility.
+ Assist with the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing and support equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Amgen regulations and policies.
+ Maintain equipment areas in a constant state of inspection readiness.
+ Identify training needs and deliver or recommend appropriate training.
+ Continuously assess and improve maintenance procedures and documentation.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks and associated cGMP-compliant documentation.
+ Coordinate with contractors for equipment repairs, modifications, and installations.
+ Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams on equipment installations or changes.
+ Attend all required safety and cGMP training sessions.
+ Maintain necessary job-related qualifications and certifications.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical filling, freeze-drying, and packaging equipment.
+ Expertise in pumps, valves, seals, motors, and lubrication practices.
+ Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail.
+ Solid understanding of cGMP standards and predictive maintenance techniques.
+ Ability to read, interpret, and update engineering drawings and technical documentation.
+ Strong written communication skills for technical reporting.
+ Customer-focused with the ability to partner across departments.
+ Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
+ Experience with machine shop tools (CNC, lathe) is a plus.
+ Comfortable working safely with hazardous chemicals, high/low temperature liquids, pressurized systems, electricity, and moving machinery.
+ Proficient in reading P&IDs, following SOPs, and using basic computer systems.
+ Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
+ Highly organized with strong record-keeping habits.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 15 feet.INDBH
