What we're looking for:
Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phone
Ability to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times.
Planning and organizing dining room seating for the evening
Answering the phones and providing information about the restaurant
Clearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employees
Controlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfaction
Team player; you're always willing to give and ask for help
