What You'll Do:


As the Marketing Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and lead innovative marketing strategies that attract and retain customers across digital, print, and social platforms. You will also champion internal/external brand engagement, supporting cross-department collaboration and ensuring clear communication throughout the organization while staying on top of industry trends.


Your Accountabilities in The Role:


  • Plans, coordinates, and leads innovative marketing strategies through digital, print, social media, sponsorships, and other advertising avenues to retain and attract new customers.
  • Coordinates relationships and projects with external vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Creates professional blogs, messaging, and other social media/billboard graphics to enhance the brand and followers.
  • Takes videos and pictures of the worksites to enhance the Nuway portfolios and advertising.
  • Leads, organizes and attends events to ensure strong engagement and brand representation.
  • Reviews and monitors engagement on social media to make enhancements where needed to retain and attract new customers.
  • Reviews and updates sales books and other marketing material as needed to continually enhance the brand.
  • Updates the website with new photos and content ensuring they are attractive and engaging for site viewers.
  • Stays apprised of new trends in the industry to provide recommendations to management for a competitive edge.
  • Reviews invoices with products/services received to ensure accuracy for approval of payments.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: An Associate's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Business, or similar field preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of Marketing, Social Media, Writing, and Photography experience preferred.
  • Certifications: N/a
  • Functional Skills: Strong researching, planning, prioritizing, organization, and execution skills required. Advanced analytical and critical thinking ability; forward-thinking with strong business and market acumen to recommend solutions; excellent at managing various projects and large amounts of data at one time; creative ability to develop content that is aesthetically pleasing and drives action; excellent attention to details.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Advanced ability with technology, social media, websites, and photoshop related programs required; proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Language Skills: Advanced verbal and professional writing skillset; able to present new ideas and influence others.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Demonstrates a high customer-focus and support personality; positive and optimistic; takes initiative and has a drive to get things done independently; excellent with data yet personable with others; has a high level of integrity; continuous learner; able to reflect and make well thought out decisions; some creativity to create enhanced solutions targeted towards business goals; flexible to move with the priorities. Advises management of obstacles and makes recommendations on thoughtful options based on facts. Strong networking, negotiating, and relationship ability. Collaborative with a "hands-on" approach to working with others.

Other Important Information:


Position Status & Salary: Salaried or Hourly Position. Pay is commensurate with proven expertise and behavior skills that fit the position.


And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!


Reports To: Office Manager


Core Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; with 35 hours a week for part-time; 40 hours a week on average for full-time.


Travel: 10% (to local events)


Work Conditions: Primarily exposed to normal office environment, some off-site events. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
