Responsibilities
+ Lead municipal infrastructure projects from initial design to final inspection.
+ Craft detailed plans, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules that bring projects to life.
+ Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants in design and construction meetings.
+ Oversee construction progress with on-site observations to ensure quality and compliance.
+ Keep projects on track, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining meticulous documentation.
+ Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
+ Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest industry trends and technologies into your work.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
+ Professional Engineer licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment
This role requires in-person attendance and offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly growing company expanding to Sioux Falls.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
