Position Overview:

We're looking for a Server/Cashier who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an excellent customer experience. You'll be the face of Empanola - greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and helping keep our dining area clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide menu recommendations
* Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
* Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
* Prepare and package orders for dine-in and takeout
* Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and dining area
* Restock supplies and assist teammates as needed
* Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in food service, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required - we'll train!)
* Positive attitude and team spirit
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
* Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable
